I love the planet

My Dream

I’ve always been deeply enamored with the planet and everything eco-friendly, animal-loving, and naturally grown. However, at the age of 16, I was paralyzed after an 11-year career as a ballerina. Despite the doctors’ assurances that there was nothing wrong with me, I refused to live in a body that was broken. Since I had always dreamed of being vegetarian, I decided to stop dreaming and start living a healthy lifestyle. That’s when I discovered Peta.com and learned about veganism and its environmental impact on the world. This newfound passion fueled my desire to make a positive difference in the world.

Life took me away from my mission when I met my partner, but after a year of exploring the world with my two boys, I’ve decided to reclaim it and share it with my family and the world. I’m thrilled to embark on this journey of reclaiming an eco-friendly vegan lifestyle. I’ll share how I’m reclaiming my health through a whole food plant based, gluten-free diet and how you can do the same. I’ll also reveal how we’re transforming our traditional American lifestyle into an eco-friendly, zero-waste one.
